Current Clinical Keystones We are pleased to offer two dynamic speakers concerning two hot topics in today’s subacute and long term care practice. Ronni Alicea,RD, MBA is a Consultant Dietitian, adjunct professor and president of a niche food marketing and consulting and gluten free distribution food company. Ronni is an accomplished author and has presented nationally on Celiac nutrition, food allergies and other nutrition related and management topics. Evelyn Philips, M.S, RD, LDN, CDE is the Clinical Nutrition Manager from Magee Rehabilitation Jefferson Health System, member of the Skintegrity Nutrition Clinic and resides on the current research panel for the Department of Veteran Affairs.
